Tamaz Kharitonashvili (Tamaz Kh) was born on September 15, 1975 in the Republic of Georgia In the family of artists. His talent was amazingly evident at the age of five. In 1995, Tamaz successfully graduated from the University of the Arts and earned the title of Artist Teacher. In 1996 he went to Greece and started working in an art studio, creating lots of sculptures from marble. 1998 a young artist who had great creative potential arrived in New York and started working in a bronze sculpture casting workshop In 1999. He has done many interesting projects and has helped and assisted many eminent artists in sculpture.
On March 27, 2000, he exhibited at the Manhattan Art Gallery. In February 2001, his works were sold to private collectors. On October 15, 2001 he organized an exhibition at the Ramnarin Gallery. In 2002 he started working for a company where he mastered the complete mosaic art in stained glass. He has done many significant and interesting projects, made stained glass windows for churches, synagogues and homeowners. In 2007 he opened his corporation millennium glass NY corp. After a 16-year hiatus, in 2019, he began to massively deepen his art and create many interesting canvases and mosaics. Numerous live and online exhibitions have been organized that amaze the public. In 2020 he became a member of National-Sculpture Society, International Association of Art-USA and member of the New York Artists Equity Association. During the pandemic in 2020 he participated and won in internet contests “View From my Window”. By the decision of IAA organization and UNESCO he was awarded the title of Aria International Professional Artist. The works (paintings) and the bronze statue were presented in August 2020 at the New Jersey City Museum of Art in Russia. Now his personal online exhibition is currently underway at Margo Gallery New York and it is available to the public in the international arena. He has planned to participate in the Manhattan Art Expo International Exhibition in 2021 and The Miami Spectrum Exhibition. He also has many other exhibitions and plans for the future.
